Rural Special Districts Insurance Services, RSDIS, is a specialty program manager that provides proprietary property & liability insurance coverage for water, sewer, irrigation, and conservation districts throughout the United States. Since 1995, RSDIS has evolved from an effective aggregator of business into a managing general agency that is responsible for the marketing, underwriting, claims, loss control, product development, and regulatory compliance of our program. Our high level of authority gives us the control and flexibility to respond to the needs of our customers, manage our growth, and ensure our program stability.Headquartered in Stockton, CA, we service our 3,500 clients and 500 independent agents.
